Upon clicking the ‘Register Now’ button a window will open to the Polaris Library Registration Page. You will need to select your local library branch from the ‘Select’ Menu and enter your Zip Code. Then click the ‘Continue’ button.
The Online Registration Form will appear. Please enter all requested information. Items with an “*” are required. When you have completed the form, click the ‘Submit’ button. You will receive an email verification. Please follow the instructions in the email.
